What if I need to cancel after payment?

Refund requests are reviewed when sent within 14 days of payment. Once trust-surface findings, booking-path findings, proof/claim notes, an owner-approved fix package, handoff, or approved update work has been delivered, the setup payment is not refundable except for duplicate payments or clear billing errors.
